Very clean and neat. The kitchen was in a little nook separated from the rest of the studio. Large bathroom as well, and closet space. The location is great. It is decorated in beach style with taste and attention to details. My family enjoyed both - the central room and the terrace. The atmosphere is quiet due to the woods that separate the main highway from that part of the neighborhood.
