location was perfect, very polite very cooperative very professional staff, they made early check in for us , the receptionist helped in luggage transfer to the taxi, the lady in the reception explained the Copenhagen attractions. the room was clean, the breakfast was very delicious with many varieties

This place is superb. Just loved everything about it and want to return soon or live there (I wish!). The communal dinners were fantastic as well. You must book this. It is so peaceful, relaxing, central, authentic, charming.

Staff was very attentive and kind, and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, nicely decorated. Wine hour was a nice touch. Good coffee and tea in the room.

Awesome hotel experience. Felt like sleeping in a spaceship. Everythings was sparklingly clean. The automated checkout went smoothly. The bathroom smelt heavenly and well equipped. I really liked to Rituals branded soap, shampoo and body lotion. The sauna was great. The lobby was very cozy. Amazing value for the money. The hub was very comfortable and the temperature was perfect. Highly recommended.
