The service throughout our stay was outstanding—every member of the team made sure we felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. The attention to detail and genuine kindness of the staff truly stood out. The food was absolutely fantastic! Each meal offered a delicious variety of dishes with fresh ingredients and rich, satisfying flavors. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the dining experience was consistently top-notch. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and lovely outdoor areas that made it easy to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. *A very special thank you to Mohammed Moawd* for his exceptional support and kindness throughout our stay. His professionalism, helpful nature, and warm personality made a huge difference and added an extra special touch to our experience. We truly appreciate everything he did for us. The property was always clean and very spacious...beds are comfortable and huge dressing room. The staff were amazing and so friendly and you get access to Jungle aqua park and Dana beach ... we had a wonderful time there as big family with different ages.
