I loved the staff the most. They was realy nice all of them. Starting from Essam who received us on reception with a smile and excellent service. And through out the stay he was available and responded quickly if we messaged on his and hotelss WhatsApp nr. We had a golf car ready to pick us from our villa after just in 5 minutes. And all golf car boys was also really nice. Specially Mahmood. In resturant area by every meal we got excellent services by Muhammad Ashraf and Fahd Adel specially. They were smiling trough all day. Was quick and very helpful. We had one dinner at Turkish restaurant, and loved the food, there service. All of boys were really amazing and gave good company too. In Asian restaurant the manager was very compromising and helpful. We did not booked our reservations on time but they still managed to serve us all meals. Muhammad Yahya was realy nice, and did a good job with a smile on his face. Cleaning was good, and they were available for any thing any time. Special thanks to the manager on reception. Very helpful, professional and nice man.

Ahmed at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful , we missed our flight and needed somewhere to stay last minute and he helped us out. Lovely hotel big cozy rooms would recommend.

The usual SCAM ALERT, they gonna ask you 250/300 pounds to get in, when the real price is 150 with a free drink. Inside is nice, but apart the 90% locals men, the bar pricing is a total rip off. Monaco is cheaper, and the branded alcohol is fake, so only beer in bottle is ok but you pay 10 euros for it.
