I stayed here last year also and this time the hotel was amazing. Everything has been renovated so expect new bedding, towels. The cleanliness is on spot. The staff is very polite and welcoming. The pool area is amazing. It's very easy to reach old town by Taxi which you can get in less than a minute from outside. The area is quiet but close to the old town. The staff plays pleasant music (think of oriental relaxing music) most of the day which is great. The cleaning is done everyday. They provide all things like toilet paper, shampoo, tissues etc. All resort has been repainted so it looks very nice. There are sun loungers for sunbathing with towels provided. The pool is very clean. The price is also great for the quality. You get breakfast too which is typical like bakery, cheese, white cheese, some veg like tomato, squash, ground coffee (the quality is good). It's nice and the staff in the breakfast is polite too. Staff speaks many different languages. Overall I definitely would recommend staying here.

Very clean, excellent service throughout from the check in desk with Salah to the beach bar with Tarek making the best ice coffee’s around! all the staff were truly wonderful and very professional! Facilities were excellent, the beach was wonderful, a massive variety of food and a brilliant addition is having 2 a la carte restaurants which were included with the package. The attention to detail in this place is phenomenal I have never been to an all inclusive quite as high quality as this one. They even had a guest relations workers ask us if we needed anything every day. The room was very clean and was cleaned daily in a very efficient manner! Entertainment was excellent, the animation team all were very friendly and got us involved, big credit to them all, 3.30pm volleyball was my particular highlight, Steven was particularly helpful! The daily 9pm shows in the arena were a massive asset to the venue these included high quality productions including traditional egyptian dancing and light shows.
