Let's go to the acknowledgments: 1) To all the chefs behind the scenes, those we cannot see but who are behind the scenes preparing everything with love, excellence and joy. 2) To all the dear pool boys who always served us with joy and a smile on their faces, promptness and affection. 3) To Mr. Pedro – Wokman who first made me eat with my eyes and then delight in the dish he made for me and my daughter with so much dedication and love. It made the difference for me that night, the one before I left. 4) To Mr. Mohamed Oubaaous who was always kind, serving the tables, carrying those trays of glasses and heavy glasses but never failed to pass by us without forgetting to smile. 5) Mrs. Patrícia Costa da Tratoria who, with her subtlety, serves us with dedication and a beautiful smile, especially in her eyes. 6) Mr. Oscar and the people in the VIP area. Only one incident I didn't like was that, one night we arrived at 10pm for dinner, after an afternoon boating and the boat returned very late. Until we showered and got ready we didn't know the closing time, a gentleman in an all black uniform, short and gray hair practically threw us out of the restaurant. I already had the plate in my hand and had to return it even embarrassed. I know it was out of schedule but they still had tables with people and I don't think it would be any work and I had to go out on the street, with a 12 year old child and two teenagers looking for something to eat but whatever. I appreciate Candy's kindness and dedication in accommodating us after a mistake in booking the room that would be for 3 adults and a child, when we arrived there were only 3 adults and she very attentively helped us. It was a special moment with my children, magical and very happy. I thank everyone for making a difference in our stay, I apologize for not knowing everyone's name but everyone is important at work, everyone gives their best and we see that in everyone.

ALL! We had breakfast and dinner: lot of variety, fresh and tastfull. Room and pool clean and well organised. One of us uses wheelchair, we didn't have any problem. Everyone was very helpfull, so we could have nice holidays. Gentle and friendly staff with respect of privacy.

Amazing complex!!! We had a big villa, with wonderful big rooms and beds. Nice, clean bathrooms, big balconies... And bottle of champain. Poos were very clean, very nice gardens, lovely restaurant. Staff was helpful, breakfast was fantastic. I woul recommend this place. Thank you so much

The hotel provided a wide range of local and international products for breakfast, all of them of superb quality. The room was clean and spacious, the air conditioner worked well and quietly. It came as a pleasant surprise that the pools have salt water, resembling the ocean. The waterfalls at and behind the pools are amazing. Getting to the ocean through the backdoor of the hotel is not only comfortable, but it also provides a breath-taking passage through jungle-like vegetation if one is taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
