Brand new property, beautifully designed to make you feel at home. Huge, super comfortable bed, amazing shower, big bright room. Great location and underground parking on site. We were greeted with a glass of cold sparkling cava - nice touch. 10/10.

The room is very nicely decorated. We got a surprise fruit plate in our room. The staff including the housekeeper are very friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect. It’s close to all major tourist sites and train/subway stations that take you to the airport or nearby towns.

Where to begin? From the delightful reception staff of this exceptional establishment, with their warm welcome, outstanding service, friendly and attentive hospitality (special mentions although I know I must have missed some names: Javier, Ramón, Manuel, and Belen), to the beautiful room with the stylish and elegant decor and a very equipped bathroom with the best rain shower I have ever used - I also booked a room with a view and small balcony overlooking the gorgeous port so this was an added advantage and despite it overlooking the port, the soundproofing was so efficient I could hardly hear any noise from the outside - to the cleaning crew who alway left the room immaculately clean and smelling so fresh (also a special shout-out to Johana, Luz, Estrellé, and Vauesa) - to the location of the hotel, a mere two minutes away from the port promenade and then further down to Muelle Uno, and a short distance to the historic Center and main shopping street (Calle Larios). I stayed at Room Mate Valeria for a whole month and each week, when I came back to my hotel room, I would find a little something waiting for me as a nice gesture from the hotel staff, it was so cute. The hotel’s motto is “mi casa es su casa” (my home is your home) and they follow that motto to the letter. A didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so I can’t comment on that, but it is definitely a hotel you would love to stay at as your home away from home! Super friendly and perfectly located! Just a 7-min walk to the beach, close to the city center, metro, bus, and harbour. Our corner room with a balcony was lovely. Amazing hospitality—nothing was too much! Great housekeeping and both bars (especially the rooftop!) made it extra special
