Perfect location close to everything. The staff are amazing so helpful and made our stay really special. They upgraded us to a mini suite which was lovely. The restaurant is fabulous. Can’t wait to come back

Booked a rokm at this hotel in the last minute on my way to Bilbao. The value for money is incredible! Beautfiful, comfortable, extremelly well located and a friendly staff. What else do you need? I highly reccomended it!

Staff were great - able to facilitate a last minute upgrade for the room which was very kind as I'm pregnant, and my other half asked the restaurant staff to help him with a proposal....which they did an amazing job of. This hotel is now very special to us. Fantastic location with views of the museum and river. Modern and clean rooms with everything you need.

A great hotel where everything went perfectly right from the start. From the friendly check in to the check out. I would like to mention the design of the hotel and its location - this is something for people who appreciate chic and comfort. The breakfasts and service at it were also very impressive and that too with the combination of the beautiful view from the terrace. In my opinion this is definitely the best hotel in the beautiful city of Bilbao
