Everything really - from a smooth check-in process, comfortable room, excellent meal choices (breakfast and dinner) at the buffet (never boring), the staff!! I especially liked the person touch for guests who booked via booking.com - a gentleman called Brook is in charge of that. That made the processes smooth. I also liked my room on the 8th floor - beautiful view!

Had a great stay at Elily Hotel. The whole experience was just lovely, everything was clean, peaceful, and well taken care of. Big thanks to Tewodros for the warm welcome and kindness throughout. Special thanks to Habib for his top-notch service. Really appreciated the flexibility during Ramadan, especially with sohour — it made a big difference. And of course, thanks to all the hotel staff for making the experience so smooth and comfortable. Hope to come back again!
