Everything was excellent. The personnel were charming and welcoming, they were always smiling. I encountered a problem in my room and they dealt with it momentarily. Pools was nice in comparison to the city and what is available. Loved my stay.

we’ve stayed at many hotels in the world but never had anything close to the service we received from Vincent. Such a star when it comes to personal service. We had our dog with us who also enjoyed the stay and was warmly welcomed. We visited the spa, after a personal introduction of it by Vincent, and it was modern and very cosy. Over all a great stay!

This is a family friendly hotel. The rooms were very clean and well organized. The hotel is very well located. The food was very good. Parking at the hotel for no extra cost.

Location is great, easy walking to the port, the restaurants, and the market in La Rochelle. Bed is very comfortable. Service excellent. Breakfast is the best I've ever had at a restaurant in France.

Everything. Staff are lovely and helpful and the room was just perfect. Comfortable bed, great coffee maker, glorious view, fantastic decor and good selection on tv I would stay here again for sure.
