The couple who owned the place were really friendly. They gave us great advice and organised our kayaktrip. This was the same value as the ones in town and even better with hotel pickup and drop off after our kayaking adventure without extra charge. This was an extra service. We could also buy a picnic at our hotel which was delivered in a handy package with ice elements to keep it cool. Lunch was great as well. Breakfast had nice coffee, little croissants, pain au chocolate, baguettes etc. It wasn't overly big but just what we needed. The place was clean and had a lovely swimming pool. Next time we will book directly through them. I advise you to do the same. The hotel is very close to the centre and has a big parking. We enjoyed our stay.

    We had a wonderful one-week stay at Bastide du Barry in July. The house is spacious, very clean, and perfectly located in the center of Vallon Pont d’Arc. Despite being in town, parking was never a real issue, as spaces were easy to find nearby. Communication with the Patrick & Veronique was excellent – they were kind, helpful, and made everything easy.

    Perfectly situated to explore the Vallon Pont D’Arc. Clean and well equipped, ideally suited for a couple or solo traveller. Host was friendly, hospitable and flexible, for example by providing linen out of season. Beautiful area of France, I intend to come back!

    Location. Just opposite Pont d’Arc. Room ok, a little aged especially the bathroom. Food average. Easy parking. Pool looked good but no time to use it.

    Fabulous location. The swimming pool was great, and being right next to the river was amazing. The accommodation is basic but was perfect for us for a couple of nights. Would highly recommend, especially for families. Very short drive to the amazing swimming location at Pont d’Arc. We would love to have stayed longer!

    It’s a charming hotel at a very good location at walking distance from the centre of Pont d’arc. The owners are super friendly and helpful they do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as they can. They helped us when we ran into some problems during our stay in France and we are very grateful for what they did for us. When you’re looking for a good place to stay in the most vibrant area of the Ardeche I would recommend the hotel of Grègory and Sophie!
