A very nice staff that helped us out a lot even before arrival (we knew we would arrive late, and they helped us out with reservations of a restaurant), so friendly! Also the staff of the breakfast service was very friendly, warm and welcoming. Breakfast buffet was also very good. Room was very clean, and had a good atmosphere. Even though opposite of the lift, we had a very quiet stay: good isolation. Slept very well. Also the tea, coffee and hot chocolate facility (with madeleines!) downstairs was very nice. Also: a small bar self service appeares every evening in the breakfastroom. We had a wonderfull weekend, and are hoping to return in the future.

Very surprised to be upgraded the room! Extremely beautiful hotel and excellent service! Everything is perfect and fabulous! The breakfast is also very delicious! Wish I can come back soon! Also located in a quiet place and easy to access wherever you would like to explore in Paris.
