Breakfast was done by help yourself buffet which was great with a massive choice. Make you own waffles was a brilliant idea which tasted awesome. Chef on hand for cooking any extras or freshly cooked eggs to your choice. Had just an evening bar meal but a great choice and helpful friendly bar staff. Very good overall.

We went for Crufts dog show and the proximity to the NEC was my main goal as we were not renting a car. The staff was helpfull and the room was perfect. My dog loved it as well!

The room was very clean and comfortable, plenty of space for the 2 of us. The bar was open serving the same food from the restaurant, which was good as the restaurant was full and so my son and I could dine in the comfort of the bar. The location right by the airport was great as we could roll our of bed for our early flight. Perfect

This hotel is a real gem for those visiting NEC, offering free parking and convenient walking access to the complex. The restaurant is excellent with great food. However, don't rely on Google Maps for walking directions – it suggests a 30-minute route through the train station, but there's a shortcut that only takes 7-10 minutes. We stayed for Crafts with our dog, and everything was very convenient.
