Staff were excellent, The rooms quiet and well presented everywhere was modern and clean. The bay tree restaurant has amazing food- absolutely delicious. Great selection of drinks at the bar- loved the conservatory. The double curtain which were blackouts were great for stopping light bleed and helped keep room cooler Highly recommend as a great, relaxing place to stay

Holiday inn was modern and clean and completed our requests for rooms beside each other and a nice take away breakfast due to leaving early.

This was our second stay at the London&Paris and definitely not our last! Lois (?) The manager, I think, took care of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible and even organized a hairdryer for me in no time. We felt very welcomed and loved everything! Thank you!
