The room did what it needed to do- house us for a night! The gym was very good- all the relevant equipment to do a range of cardio and free weight exercises (Pelaton bike wasn't connected to the internet unfortunately). Staff very friendly. Great range of food at the breakfast and evening menu's. Car Parking facilities pretty funky in the arches. Location to Leeds Centre is really convenient. Great view of the canal.

We got a junior suite and it was superb , we were a family of 4 , we got one extra bed and it was spacious , squeaky clean , delicious cookies and selection of hot beverages , all in all a great experience. Great hotel location . I would not stay anywhere else in Leeds

It's an absolutely lovely place with everything you need. We stayed at Hyatt House and had a king studio, fully equipped. There is a restaurant on site and laundry services. Located just by downtown Leeds, this is a gem of a place.
