We had a 1 night staycation and it was fabulous. Love the SPA and the bar reserved for guests only. Much more quiet than downstairs. Very modern and spacious room. We were offered a room upgrade as well. Dyson hair dryers in every room. Love the cozy loafers to take home.

Best of the best!!! An excellent hotel with excellent service. Very good location, almost no need for transportation, very comfortable, excellent staff, all of them good. Always at your service with a huge smile, but Himalay and Heloisa are really exceptional. We will definitely come again.

What an absolutely stunning hotel. The beautiful decor is the first thing you notice but next was the warm welcome. Speedy check-in then a staff member gave us a little show round the facilities to make us feel at home. The Bedroom although not particularly spacious, was again beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Slept well in the crisp white sheets and comfy mattress. Located just around the corner from the British Museum and the Museum Tavern and a short walk to Tottenham Court Road & Oxford Street. Will definitely stay again. NB: there is a master switch that controls the lights by the door. I particularly liked the soft night lights in the bathroom. Most useful.
