It was located in a nice, quiet road, well back from the street. The room was beautifully decorated and furnished with gorgeous antique furniture. The bed was huge and super comfortable and snuggly. Lovely quality tea, coffee and biscuits and tops were easily available in the lounge- also beautifully decorated. The staff were exceptional - they could not have been more helpful and friendly! Amazing service! The food, decor and service at the Town pub next door was also exceptional.

The hotel was great! Beautiful and comfy design, clean and very nice personnel. The building is located right in the middle of a busy district and a lot of different dining opporunities. It has a parking garage (but with extra fee) close by and even at night the entrance is well monitored by a concierge at the door.

It was the staff that made it - all were lovely, friendly & professional. Our 15 year old son shared our room & we had loads of space. Good breakfast choices. Hotel was well decorated for Christmas. Great location, we were very close to The Rep & the Symphony hall. A great pre Christmas visit with friends.

Easy check in (although we noted a long queue later in the day). Very friendly, personable staff at reception and the bar. Great location for Symphony Hall and just a short walk from Birmingham New Street station. Comfortable, very well equipped room, sparkling bathroom- maybe just a bit too warm.

The breakfast gave plenty of choice, was delicious and the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located to explore Birmingham and provided a comfortable room and well appointed bathroom. We particularly like the walkway bridge to The Symphony Hall.

Room was very clean and reasonable size. We had a sofa (bed) too which was nice - saved sitting on the bed. Breakfast had a good choice and good gluten free options. Nice lounge area near reception. The location was spot on - close to Symphony Hall and central.

The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable. And the hotel itself was light and spacious. The bed was very comfortable with a good supply of pillows. The room was lovely and dark, when the lights were off. Really appreciated the bottles of water in the room as had to take various tablets. Very convenient location for the Symphony Hall, which we were going to.
