The staff were amazing. They made you feel valued on every level. Polite, Hardworking, Friendly and Caring. The facilities were great. The spa was lovely, the breakfast at Market Brasserie was delightful with so much choice and the Eighteen Sky Bar was truly luxurious. We didn't get the chance to try out the other restaurants but we definitely would have if possible The hotel is perfectly located with only a 5min walk to the O2 and Subway. While the hotel room was really wonderful too. Very clean and very tidy with great views.

In East London, Holiday Inn Express London Stratford is just a short walk from the Olympic Stadium and the Westfield Stratford City shopping centre. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk.

Excellent stay in Stratford, attending ABBA Voyage show. Food, service and staff were all top class. Will defo return if in that area

Friendly and welcoming staff, we came from Lithuania and it was nice to see that there are girls from our country working there. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is delicious. I came for the Billie Eilish concert, the hotel is conveniently located near the O2 Arena

In the beginning some issues with the glass door in the bath but they were very forthcoming and all problems got fixed.

All members of staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The room got cleaned everyday and we also got two bottles of water everyday. The breakfast was excellent and a great mix for all tastes. Also the concierges at the entrance were extremely friendly and always here to help. I’d say that this was the best experience we ever had with a hotel!
