BulgariaThe room was very clean, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of things to choose from. The staff was very polite and friendly. We had a problem with the AC in the room and one of the receptionist came very late at night when we called and gave us a portable heater immediately which was very good!! The bed and pillows were good as well. The location is perfect, just 10 min from Stratford station and underground. A lovely hotel!

Breakfast is good, rooms are large and clean, bathroom is tidy and has shampoos and gels from Rituals. There is an ironing board with an iron, small fridge, kettle, hair dryer and supply of tea, coffee and biscuits. There is TV and various lights you can turn on and off to create different atmosphere inside the room. There is an AC controller and you can open the window if you ask.
