Fabulous breakfast and evening meal. Veggie burger was very nice. Very friendly and amenable staff. Good to have top ups to tea and coffee on the landing. Very close to our grand daughter's student accommodation which was a bonus. Quite area but not far to walk to bustling street with restaurants etc and also the botanic gardens. Free onsite parking.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, been messaging Fran for days prior to my attendance in regards to decorating the room, she ensured everything was perfect for the occasion. Gave us the biggest room, provided instructions as to how to decorate the room to avoid any damage, advised on disposing off the decorations after. She even arranged for someone to help bring everything upstairs as I arrived. Could not ask for more, excellent staff, service and atmosphere. The building and area are absolutely beautiful and absolutely perfect for a romantic getaway, highly HIGHLY recommend and will definitely be coming back.

We stayed for 1 night as we booked to see a live Band at the university. It was within walking distance which saved us some money. Staff were friendly and able to sort out a missing set of towels when mentioned.

As ever the place is really friendly and clean the rooms are really good the little touches like the cake in the room when you arrive are fantastic. Although next to the main road the rooms are quiet and relaxing and having easy access to the park next door for a walk is great. You are right next to the nightlife of Eccy road if this is your thing.

Lovely facilities, comfortable rooms. Wonderful warm showers. Pub/restaurant area gorgeous and cozy. Fires were great. Food was delicious. Staff were great. I’d recommend this for sure and stay there again.
