Absolutely everything (and Im fussy). beautifully refurbished bar and spotless, comfortable and well appointed accommodation. everything you need and easy parking. delicious food in the bar/restaurant and a great choice of all courses beautifully cooked. very sociable and professional owners and staff and nothing was too much trouble. eg wanting different veg and spuds from those suggested on the menu. Loved the breakfast room with great choice of teas/coffees, cereals and fruit. And of course a fry-up and other options all freshly cooked to your specific requirements. Location was prefect too at the entrance to the valley with many walk options.

It was a lovely stay. Jane was lovely and did amazing to sort our stay to our needs. As we had a wedding to attend, we needed the room much earlier than expected but Jane did everything to accomodate us and ensure we had the best stay. Breakfast was lovely the next morning too. We stayed here as we had a wedding at Woodhill Hall, Otterburn. Perfect location to get too and from the wedding venue with no issues and would stay here again if another wedding was to take place.

It was just what we needed. We were at a wedding at woodhill hall so this was the perfect place to stay the night. Breakfast was lovely. Room was very clean and comfortable. Communication prior to arriving was good. We would definitely return.

Very homely, relaxed and nothing too much trouble, ideal location for wedding at Woodhill hall, with a short taxi ride less than a mile but not ideal to walk in your party shoes! Breakfast was lovely with quality ingredients. You can have as much or little as you please. The room was very well presented also.

We booked this cottage Friday - Sunday as we were attending a wedding on the Saturday at Woodhill Hall. The cottage was clean & offered a 2nd bedroom for our adult son who joined us on the Saturday. Toiletries (shampoo/conditioner/handwash) were provided In the kitchen there was washing up liquid & more handwash, coffee pods & a selection of tea & biscuit. A bottle of milk was also left in the fridge. Beds were comfy.

Decor was lovely. Otterburn is also lovely, although no active taxi service available (obviously not the fault of the accommodation) to get to the wedding at Woodhill Hall. Lunch and breakfast was also very good.

Excellent property. Easy to find and good access to Otterburn itself and Woodhill Hall wedding venue nearby. Excellent kitchen facilities with everything we could possibly need. A member of staff met us with a key as organised. It was lovely to find milk and eggs provided in the fridge. Beds were very comfortable and there was lots of hot water. All in all we had everything we could want.

The cottage is lovely and clean with plenty of supplies when you arrive- milk, tea, coffee machine and lovely fresh eggs. But we didn’t have any hot water! We had booked as we had a family wedding at Woodhill Hall, so all 4 of us having to have a cold shower was not what we expected.
