Staff are all friendly, attentive and helpful. It was a surprise that there was a electronic bidget in the bathroom which usually can only find at hotels in Japan. Buffet breakfast was worth to try especially I had been offered a 20% off. There were lots of variety and the food were delicious. I did not expect we could have ice cream for breakfast buffet!

From reception to housekeeping, from room service to concierge, the "Horizon" Lounge team - every single person I encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making my stay comfortable. What impressed me most is that this wasn’t a one-time fluke. I’ve returned to this hotel several times over the past few years, and each visit reaffirmed my impression: the quality of service is consistently outstanding. The rooms are spotless, the beds comfortable, and everything works, which, for frequent travellers, is priceless. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like coming back, not just because it’s convenient, but because it feels like a home away from home—highly recommended.
