We were upgraded to a Pool View Room, which was such a thoughtful gesture! The Pool View Room has loungers on the balcony—perfect for relaxing in privacy. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was another highlight, it has a wide counter that’s ideal for those who bring a lot of skincare. The shower was well-designed, with no water spilling out—a much-appreciated detail. Amenities
They thought of everthing. There’s a lounge area by the pool, a pool bar, beach loungers, bikes, a spa, and even a dessert spot. Security is also a nice addition. We absolutely loved the spa! Be sure to try the Gua Sha Massage and Body Scrub—it’s such a treat. Location
We personally loved the location. The sunsets by the beach were stunning, and the area was quiet—completely different from the busier port area. However, it’s still conveniently close to outdoor cinemas, restaurants, and warungs. To get around, we opted for an e-scooter for ”romantic” tandem rides by the beach, although regular bikes are also available. Service and Staff
The staff were warm, responsive, and incredibly friendly. Every afternoon, they checked in with guests to see if we needed anything—perfect for requesting extra water or towels. They were also great problem-solvers. We came down with the flu during our stay, and they quickly arranged for a doctor to assist us. On our last night, they surprised us with a farewell cake, and the warm send-off at checkout made us feel truly special. Food and Breakfast
This was one of our favorite parts of the day! The staff were attentive and always checked in to make sure everything was to our liking. Breakfast isn’t a buffet; instead, you choose from a well-curated menu, which we loved. If we wanted a little extra bread or bacon, they happily accommodated us. Selection of juices and coffee are also great. They also offer croissants or danishes while you wait.

Our room was great - huge, comfortable bed, in a quiet location. It had everything we needed, even a beach bag to take down to the sea. There were always sun beds free. The staff were super friendly and work well as a team. The breakfast choice was really good - of all the restaurants in the area, the Bale Sampan’s was perhaps the best. This place is a gem.

Everything was incredible! The resort itself is absolutely stunning and perfectly located right by the beach. The on-site restaurant served some of the best food we had on the island. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. It's easily one of my all-time favorite hotel/resort stays. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway.

Staff were very helpful and well catered for a big group. They helped us plan activities and provided bikes for 15 people as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation for Gili. It was perfect
