I recently had the pleasure of staying at an excellent hotel that exceeded all my expectations. The hotel's location was superb, being conveniently situated in a nice place. Not only that, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests and needs throughout my stay. I must give a special mention to Vitor, who provided exceptional service with a friendly and professional demeanor. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a delightful experience truly made a difference. We had a brilliant time in the Crown Plaza hotel. I went with my 2 daughters ages 13 & 7 for 2 nights but we feel as though we have been away for a whole week as it was so relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and beach each day. Also we walked to the port which was really nice, you can walk one way to Jaffa port or the other way to the Namal port along the beach. We ate in the hotel on friday night and it was delicious also the breakfasts were amazing too. So much variety and delicious food choices. The location is fantastic, literally a stones throw from the beach . The staff are so helpful and friendly . The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Would definitely love to return. Thanks for a brilliant time.
