The location is great, and the attention from the hosts were awesome, they gave me a room in excellent conditions and when I have a problem they were always open to help, many thanks. The place has a lot of restaurants from breakfast or lunch around that. I felt great all the time.

Exceptional apartment in the heart of Rome - I was fortunate to have a junior suite with lovely views of the Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore. The suite was spacious, clean and well appointed. Bathroom was modern and spacious. Reception is manned 24 x 7 so my late evening arrival wasn't a problem. Breakfast was great - fresh, plenty of options and great coffee!! All in all, a great find.

The Colosseum

The fights! The glory! This iconic arena specialized in gory ends. Built in the 1st century, it held up to 80,000 spectators who came to witness gladiatorial combat and bloody reenactments of naval battles. When you look up at the stands, it doesn’t take much imagination to hear the deafening roar of the crowds or to picture the fierceness on display.

    I almost got pickpocketed !

I almost got pickpocketed ! good thing my pouch was attached with a chain. Very crowded and too many people allowed in at once so it was almost impossible to really see anything. It seems making lots of money is the only thing that the people that run the place care about. Skip the Colosseum or at the very least book a small tour and skip the line.

The Colosseum and the Roman Forum area are interesting, but crowded. In some ways taking the suburban train out to Ostia Antica, the old port for Imperial Rome, is better as itthe layout is clearer, though you are under the flightpath of Fiumicino Airport.

Disgusting, the ticket site and booking.com, changed times and all three tickets at the same time, tired to communicate with both sites, no joy wasted hundreds of dollars, way too many people booked for every second of the day, it is too chaotic, I nearly flew home to Australia, that's how bad the service was their and booking.com, you didn't answer or help. By far the worse tour

We loved the apartment's location and spaciousness. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for a short or extended stay. The host is incredibly friendly. Beautiful place, awesome location … perfect for families, friends, couples, everyone. It’s a very homey and safe place with everything you need. You’ll wake up to an amazing view of St. Peter’s Basilica Cupola. The apartment is just a 5 min walk from Vatican City, and if you want to visit the city center, the Colosseum, or other attractions in Rome, you can simply take bus 64 or 46, and you’ll be there in about 20 minutes. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the hosts … they were very welcoming and helpful.

Lorenzo and Luca were very prompt and easy to communicate with. I stayed here for 4 nights and had a pleasant experience with no issues at all. I really appreciated being able to check in early when I arrived in Rome at 11am with my family. The 2-bedroom apartment was spacious enough for four people (not huge, but comfortable). The location is excellent — just a 10-minute walk to the Colosseum, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, a Carrefour, and a pharmacy nearby. Great value for the price!

Amazing! We stayed for 1 night after a cruise. We were able to check in very early, left our bags at the extremely helpful front desk, and explored Rome. This hotel is a couple blocks from the Trevi Fountain, 15-20 minute walk to the Colosseum, and about a 5 minute walk to the metro. The room was absolutely beautiful and comfortable, instantly felt at home. We had an early flight, and the staff was very helpful in assisting us with that. We WILL be back! ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay in Rome. The location was great—very close to the train station and the Colosseum. It was a bit of a walk to some of the other downtown sites, but still manageable. The apartment was comfortable and even provided a cot for my little one, which was much appreciated.

The hotel was only one block away from the Colosseum and was in a very lively area of the city. It was surrounded by several amazing restaurants and gelaterias. The staff was amazing - our initial host was the daughter of the owners and was very kind, helpful and informative about the many attractions in Rome. The other staff weee fantastic, cheery and helpful as well. All around a great experience.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in the Monti district of Rome! The place was perfectly equipped with all the furniture and appliances you could possibly need to enjoy a Roman holiday in the Eternal City with a group of friends. The location couldn’t be better – all the main tourist attractions are within walking distance, with the Colosseum only a 5-minute walk away. Our host, Claudia, was absolutely wonderful – always ready to help and full of excellent recommendations. Highly recommended!
