Truly exceptional property, from the friendliness of the staff, the ambience in the room we had, right through to the delightful breakfast experience (me with a little Italian and the staff member with no English!), conversing with a gentleman who fed us well and provided some excellent restaurant recommendations.

The breakfast is delicious and varied. Parking is provided by the hotel, next door, underground. Responsive staff. We liked everything.

Breakfast was very good; we were there for a concert in Reggio Emilia, the front desk team is exceptional, gave us the room as soon as ready, called us cabs, gave us a Parma map, very professional and friendly. Hotel is close to the station (you can walk), convenience stores, pubs and historical centre. Very good value for money, I recommend!

Breakfast was fantastic everything you would want..the room was good for a few nights..the receptionist during the day was fantastic my husband was pic pocketed and she tried to help us phone to Canada as we were in Italy..very much appreciated all her help especially as we used her private phone as ours was also stolen so close to train station

There is an incredible Old Theater right inside.

There is an incredible Old Theater right inside. It’s a must see. Then you visit all the paintings. There is a beautiful staircase inside as well. You can easily spend at least 3 hours here. So glad we visited.
