Huge thank you to the guy in reception. He was extremely helpful and he answered all our questions. We did appreciate his recommendations for parking in Taormina. The room itself was large and clean and the bathroom likewise. We liked the breakfast - the choice was fantastic.

An amazing luxury hotel. The staff were very friendly and helped with all you enquiries. The room was beautiful and bed really comfortable. The Spa was great and the massage was perfect!

House located in the mountains, few minutes from Alcantara Gorge, among olive trees, lemon and orange orchard. Beautiful property. Spectacular view from the pool and lovely dinners in the garden. Very kind, helpful and nice owners. It is also important to mention that they are very considerate and go out of their way in helping disabled people and make then feel not only comfortable but welcomed, which is not the common thing in Europe. Very clean rooms, extremely comfy mattresses.

Amazing authentic accomodation in a medieval town, excellent stay with amazing service. They even arranged an early breakfast so we don't leave with empty stomach for our Etna trip. Thank you so much for your hospitality, we really enjoyed our stay 🙂

The location, close to Taormina and its beautiful beaches, is the perfect base to explore Mount Etna and its wonders. The staff is very nice, welcoming and helpful.

We stayed 7 great nights at the Alcantara Natura Country House. It was a perfect base to explore the region, with easy day trips to Mt Etna, Taormina, the beautiful Alcantara gorge and beaches at Naxos. Each day we would return to our wonderful hosts Tino and Rosalba who were very warm and accomodating. Not only did they provide a delicious freshly cooked breakfast, dinner on request, or ordering pizza delivery for us, they showed our 11 year old how to cook moorish arancini (her new favourite). They also let me and our 6 year old “help” harvest the olives on their property, a unique experience, with Tino even generously presenting a bottle of his freshly pressed olive oil to us on our departure. Needless to say their hospitality was thoughtful and genuine. The rooms were simple, but comfortable. Our kids loved the pool and playing card games in the communal patio area. Located on a steep hill (the drive in was exciting) there are great views down the valley to the Ionian Sea, as well as Mt Etna. We left with group hugs and photos with our hosts, testament of a successful stay
