Truly exceptional property, from the friendliness of the staff, the ambience in the room we had, right through to the delightful breakfast experience (me with a little Italian and the staff member with no English!), conversing with a gentleman who fed us well and provided some excellent restaurant recommendations.

Second stay here and will gladly return - perfect location right in the centre of Parma by the Teatro Regio, tucked away in a quiet pedestrian street. The rooms in the 'Maison' are wonderful, clean, modern and comfortable, mine had beautiful old wood beams in the ceiling.

Hotel in the middle of the city. Walking distance to most all things we wanted to see. Great front deck staff. Great selection for Breakfast Room was a good size and very comfortable bed .. maybe cost a little more then other locations, but was worth it for the staff and amenities.
