We liked everything! The receptionist Alberto was very nice, he greeted us so well and gave us many tips about the city. The room was just like in the pictures. Our staying at Venice Times Hotel was amazing! We highly recommed this hotel!

Staff are friendly and the rooms are exceptional. Requested prior to visit for them to arrange a cake and some balloons and flowers in the room for my wife's birthday and to also check in early. Everything was done in time with no complaints for the early check in. Breakfast has a wide variety and really good. Really good location and very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again.

The service of given by both the breakfast staff but most of all by the receptionist all of them but for sure one stands out was the wavy hair lady her recomndations and service with a smile is stellar - a true rare gem ...the hotel is cosy and convinient to bus station train station and even ferries.
