After some initial misunderstanding before we arrived, everything was exceptional. Free of charge upgrade to apartment with sauna & hot tub. Late check out- no charge for car garage also. Any question or request for assistance was immediately responded. They even packed our luggage in the car while we went on the last tour. 5+ star service in 3 star hotel. Highly recommend.

As 3star hotels go. This is by far the best one we ever stayed at. The staff upon check-in was very friendly and accommodating. Loved the location The room was so large. Best shower ever. Would stay again in a heartbeat and would recommend to anyone visiting Verona.

    The apartment is in a great location, close to Verona Porta Nuova train station and the city centre. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. The host was also very responsive and met us personally at the property which we greatly appreciated.
