I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was nothing short of perfect — I have never seen such a dedicated, caring, and helpful team anywhere else. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and their kindness truly stood out. I would especially like to thank Mr. R. Yamazaki for his exceptional dedication. We had mistakenly booked a double room instead of a twin, and he went out of his way to ensure we were given a room with two beds. His effort, patience, and professionalism made a huge difference for us, and we are sincerely grateful. On top of that, the dinner buffet was excellent — delicious food with a wide variety of choices. It was a real pleasure to enjoy such quality and variety. This level of service is rare, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you are looking for a place where the staff truly care about your comfort and happiness, this is the place to stay!

The hotel is a pretty cool with a lot of suprising features like the free soups, the magnificent view from the terrace, the spacious rooms (compared to others). Everyone speaks English well. So all was super.

Perfect view of Fuji San and nice hot springs available. Perfect and warm staff who really helped us a lot, like late car picking for our pregnant friend and free delivery of my lost scarf. It is really a pleased and warm trip in the hotel, and would definitely rebook next time.

Absolutely perfect. It's just five minutes walking from the train station. The house is big (even for European standards) with bedroom, living room and a huge bathroom. The bathtub is a good addition, very easy to use and very confortable. Even though there are no direct line of sight to Mount Fuji from the courtyard, they have a common area, outside, with great view of Mount Fuji.

Location was okey, but at the night road that connects hotel is dark, but it’s like 3 minutes walk. Close to the Fuji-Q highland, around are quite okey restaurants. They have breakfast, we went once and it was fifty-fifty. We also used laundry, one cost us 600 yen. Staff were the best in this place, they explained everything and were so helpful.

The hotel is very well located, offering a view of Mount Fuji. It's near Fuji-Q Highland, and you can easily walk to a supermarket, convenience store, and the Lawson ,gas station.There's free parking at the back.

Great location, easy to visit Chureito Pagoda and surrounding areas by shuttle bus! The view of Mt. Fuji from the hotel and our room window was incredible and I loved how close we were to Fuji-Q Highland (walking distance!). The room was quite spacious as well!

The room was big and perfectly clean. It also had an appealing design. There are several restaurants and convenience stores close to the hotel and it's a short walk to Fuji-Q Highland.

This is probably the cheapest hostel in fujiyoshida. The room for a couple is a small room with a bunk bed and shared toilets. The hostel is clean and have a microwave and refrigerator. it's a 6 minutes walk from the train station that takes you to the Fuji-Q Highland park. 5 minutes walk to a 7/11.

The hotel was beautiful, the reception staff were super helpful, the tea ceremony was a lovely extra and the onsen was very nice. The location was perfect for Fuji-Q Highland, which is an awesome theme park and a must for rollercoaster fans.

This is one of the more budget-friendly hotels near Fuji-Q highland and one that can give you a good view of Mt Fuji. Importantly, they have a coin laundry which is convenient for travellers. The staff are also helpful and can understand English fairly well (it is also considered good for a place on the outskirts of Tokyo).

I loved the home-stay, traditional Japanese vibe of this stay. It was a good location close to Fuji-Q Highland and heaps of restaurants. The host was so lovely and brought us tea and snacks, and tried her absolute best to communicate with us even though she speaks no English and we speak extremely basic Japanese. The house was beautiful, room was lovely, the futon beds were comfy and there was a heater/aircon (Dyson).

The villa is very spacious with a good view of Mt Fuji. Beds are comfy. There is a rooftop which oversees Fuji-Q Highland and Mt Fuji. We ordered breakfast (Yen1,300 per person) which was delivered to our Villa. Delivery time is between 7 to 9am. A lot of varieties for breakfast. Our first day breakfast was pumpkin soup, sandwich, jelly cup and orange juice and second day breakfast was soup, rice rolls, custard mousse and pineapple juice. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly.
