The best hotel in Tokyo — without a doubt! I’ve stayed at many hotels in Japan, but Mimaru was truly special. My father wasn’t feeling well and needed to see a doctor, and the entire staff, including the manager, went above and beyond to help us. They made sure he could see a doctor immediately, even accompanying us to the clinic and helping with translation — not just once, but twice! We were deeply touched by their kindness and care. They constantly checked in to make sure my father was okay throughout our stay, all the way until checkout. We are truly grateful for everything they did. As for the location — it’s perfect. Close to shops, malls, Uniqlo, Don Quijote, and just a 3–5 minute walk from both the JR Station and the subway. The room was spotless, and the check-in instructions were very clear. Everything about this hotel was absolutely perfect. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for everything!

Quite location and really nice and modern hotel. We stayed at the Japanese Style Room, big room with comfortable beds and nice bathroom. At the ground floor they have a coworking space with a water dispenser and kitchen utensils.

Everything was perfect. The employees were extremely kind. The location is excellent and provides all the possibilities for fast transportation everywhere. I recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to experience traditional Tokyo.

Good quality service, room is well designed with style. The bed is super comfortable. They also provide kimono pajamas for couple to sleep in which is very thoughtful! We love the location of the hotel. It’s super quiet and local restaurants are lovely to discover!

    I had a very good view of the Skytree from my room (worth paying a little extra for it), and it was conveniently located next to the Kinshicho Station (subway & bus), and department stores for shopping. Lots of food options around the area.

    The location was great being only a short walk to Kinshicho Station. Compared to other Tokyo places we have stayed in, this one was very spacious. The host was very responsive and check-in / check-out was very easy and convenient.
