The rooms were big enough for 5 people. The location at the train station was very convenient. Only 2 min by walk. Many restaurants near by. 7/11 next door. Breakfast available at the hotel next door on additional charge if wanted.

what's not to like :) friendly staff, great location, big comfy rooms and sparkling clean daily refill of amenities (collect water elevator) and water. no washing machine on site, but nearby (7min walk laundry service 30 min opposite of station (Nara line side)

Great value for money hotel within easy walk to Kyoto station. There was also a local line just across the hotel which takes you to directly to Fushimi Inari and even to Osaka which was what we did! Easy and nice 30 minutes stroll along the river to Gion area. Comfortable lobby with complimentary beverages. Staff were friendly and polite too!
