super spacious, very clean. with a little kitchen where you can cook. Wonderful to have an in-unit washing machine. Perfect stay. Air-con is cool enough, with air purifier machine. Excellent location, plenty of restaurants around, supermarkets and fresh food markets around.

Amazing place. Very comfy. Nice staff. Helpful and courteous. Amazing location in the Gion! They even had a wonderful little Geisha show right in the hotel. Super bueno!

The place was clean and cozy, with full amenities. Owner prepared towels, soap, shampoo, bath gels, microwave, kettle, kitchen utensils. 10 minutes from Tsuruhashi station, in the middle of a market area. Owner added a nice touch by covering up an exposed corner at the wash area where one could easily hit their head on.

The room is very Japanese-style and warmly decorated. The nearest Tsuruhashi Station offers access to subways, JR, and Kintetsu Railway, making transportation convenient. There is a commercial street nearby where you can buy daily necessities, and there are also a variety of restaurants. Communication with the landlord is smooth.
