The hotel was absolutely top, the design was so cool, it was clean, and the staff was supernice. The location was very convenient to get anywhere you need. The breakfast on the ninth floor was amazing, very good food and offer, and the view is just perfect. The infinity pool is nice to swim during the day and evening, wow. And Iam still excited from the whole hotel design-top!!

This was probably my favourite hotel during our three weeks in Cambodia and Vietnam. I loved everything about it. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our 16yr old is 6ft2inches and hit his head on the hotel sign on the street. The next day, they invited him to stand under the sign….they had moved the sign higher!! Exceptional service!! Our rooms were spacious and immaculate and the pool was a quiet oasis under the lush canopy. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful spacious and clean rooms. Very comfortable bed. Good water pressure. Located in the middle of Phnom Penh only about 5 walking minutes from the palace and waterfront. Staff was very friendly and supportive. The pool is amazing and there were always enough sun beds available.

We had an amazing stay at Palace Gate. The Service from sr manager Devid Prak was amazing, as he helped us with cutting short our stay at Eden beach (Ko Rong Sanloem) and giving us credit in return. We stayed in a royal deluxe double with view and this was easily one of the best rooms we have been in for the price: extremely spacious, comfy beds, pillow menu, beautiful view and great shower. Service in the hotel is impeccable and the pool area is gorgeous. Food in the hotel was very good as well. The location is great. We simply have no complaints whatsoever. Would book again in a hartbeat.

    I was very grateful to be offered an early check-in after 24 hours travel to get there. The room was great, and the green tea was a bonus. Excellent value for money. The roof-top pool was refreshing. Close to Russian Market and an amazing temple. The concierge helped me organise my onward trip, communicating with tuktuk driver for me.

    Tori, one of the staff speaks superb english. She can be a manager! Very helpful and intelligent. The amenities and location is central too. Near russian market. Near to 711. Going to river park walk is just 2 dollars aways via grab tuktuk.

    Great comfortable bed, big tv for relaxing at night, good facilities- washing machine, hob for cooking. Gym was very good and pool was great. Good location near some decent restaurants Kung Fu hotpot, russian market, tuk tuk guy picked us up and brought us to the sites.

    The location is good, near the Russian Market and a short PassApp ride to Aeon Mall. The room was spacious, and clean and comfortable with a kettle and fridge. The shower was hot and powerful.     This is a beautiful hotel. Stylish, clean and close to everything you may need. The Russian market is only a block away. It´s also a short ride by tuc tuc to S21 / Tuol Sleng and bus terminal. I booked this nice hotel for my very first days in Cambodia and I was super satisfied. Friendly, smiling staff at the front desk and fantastic restaurant on the ground floor.
