Easily one of the most beautiful properties I have stayed at. Amazing views of Seoul all the way to Lotte Tower. The Grand Reception is also exactly what it says on the tin. Open space and yet private and comfortable. Beautifully designed. The concierge was also lovely (Juhe-Han) and all the staff helped me in any way they could.

Beautiful hotel, connected to Shinsegae directly. Definitely felt welcomed since I stepped out from the cab. One of the most Comfortable hotel bed I have slept on..

The mattresses were outstanding, providing a restful and rejuvenating sleep. The rooms and public spaces were impeccably clean. House keeping staff were very friendly and should be acknowledged for their good work. Breakfast was wonderful with good options. Reception and the concierge were also very helpful.

This seems to be quite a popular boutique hotel among locals and foreigners. They were very kind and responsive to my numerous enquiries on the Booking.com messaging app. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's minimalist, chic, comfortable, and clean. Check-in is self-service - very easy and intuitive. Same goes for check-out. Location is superb as it's convenient yet quiet (in a small alley). Most importantly, the staff are so friendly and enthusiastic that it makes me so happy every time I interact with them. We had some troublesome requests such as luggage and bicycle storage but they are always so kind to try their best to support 🥹 I highly recommend GOYOO to anyone staying in Gangnam!
