In particular I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Director of Rooms, Mr Aewoo Choi for the exceptional service we received during our visit. My daughter’s comfort blanket was put on the bed but could not be found after housekeeping. She was so upset as it means a lot to her. However, Aewoo went above and beyond to assist us in locating it, and sent it back to our next checked-in hotel. The kindness and dedication shown Aewoo truly made a significant impact on our experience. Your efforts made our family feel valued and appreciated. Thank you once again for your outstanding service. Peaceful location on the edge of Mount Halloran. Beautiful well kept pool and floral gardens. Super helpful staff. Cabin accomodation rustic and cosy. Very comfortable bed. Kitchenette ideal for me with nice big fridge.
