I love everything about the hotel. The room is spacious and comfortable (the bathroom is huge). The mountain view is stunning! The carpark is huge (but it can get crowded like what people mentioned; no sweat just drop your luggages off before parking your car). Nanta theatre is just next door (super recommended to watch since you're staying at the hotel and get 50% off! Go splurge on VIP ticket). There is a planetarium also opposite and yes it's a short drive to attractions such as Hallasan trails (Eurimok or even Yongsil), Jeju Stone Park and Ecoland. It's also quite near Jeju City (20 mins drive). Love the location but of course it's not recommended if u do not have a car. Will definitely come back here!

In particular I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Director of Rooms, Mr Aewoo Choi for the exceptional service we received during our visit. My daughter’s comfort blanket was put on the bed but could not be found after housekeeping. She was so upset as it means a lot to her. However, Aewoo went above and beyond to assist us in locating it, and sent it back to our next checked-in hotel.
