The hotel is very beautiful, especially the garden! The pool is pleasant, the spa section is relaxing, the lounge and garden areas are great to spend time in. Staff is friendly helpful and polite. They made us feel welcomed there. Maybe the best part of our stay was the food, which is extraordinary!

The magnificent Himalayan Mountains can be seen from the rooftop. You take off your shoes outside the door. The rooms are very spacious and perfectly clean. The bed mats are of good quality and the firmness is appropriate so I had a good night's sleep. The owner speaks fluent Japanese as well as English, is sincere and kindly fulfills the various requests of his guests. The hotel grounds are well maintained and full of flowers and greenery. Organic fruits and vegetables grown in the garden are used for breakfast. I would choose this place again next time.

Great location by the lake but not in the busiest part of Lakeside. Very comfortable room and bed. Cleaned every day. Amenities, welcome drink, water, tea and coffee available in the room. Balcony with lake views (partial in our case as we were on the 1st floor, higher floors must have better view). Kind and serviceable staff. Very good breakfast.

Amazing and friendly staff, big and lovely room, great location. After traveling for a while I was looking forward to a pool day which unfortunately wasn’t possible as there was an issue with the filter in the pool which would have been nice to learn in advance. Also had an issue with power cuts for the steam in the spa but ended up chatting to and getting to know the lovely staff for a long time instead which was super nice. A bit on the pricey side, but definitely recommended if within your budget and a nice relaxing stay :-)

Lovely new hotel with swimming pool. Wonderful owners and staff. Quiet area. Great food menu for eating/drinking alongside the pool. Views (when the weather is right) of the Annapurna range.
