Our stay at the voco Auckland City Centre was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the incredible staff and their dedication to guest comfort. We arrived in Auckland on a red-eye flight, landing in the middle of the night. Not only did the hotel graciously check us in at 4:00 am, but they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Imagine our surprise when we were greeted with freshly made pizzas! After a long journey, this unexpected gesture of hospitality was exactly what we needed. The excellent service continued throughout our stay. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's central location was also a major plus, making it easy to walk to many of Auckland's top attractions. We highly recommend the voco Auckland City Centre to anyone visiting Auckland. Excellent location within walking distance of main restaurants, shops, attractions in the CBD. The staff was excellent, really attentive! They helped us with our luggage from and to our car, gave us great dining recommendations. Luggage storage past checkout was no problem at all. Our room was SO clean — overall truly superb with lots of lovely amenities. We had a fabulous stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone!
