Clean and modern rooms. Beds were comfortable. The service was amazing. Also the food at the restaurant was very delicious.

The room is very spacious and the staff is really friendly and helpful. They brought breakfast every morning to our balcony. The location is in the middle of the center of El Nido and only a few minutes walk to all the restaurants and bars.

The staff, especially Mr James were excellent. We were first given a room above the reception that we found loud (the usual problem in the Philippines is poor front door sound insulation). Upon bringing that complaint to the staff, they went beyond our expectations to accommodate our needs. We were positively surprised and had such a great experience that we decided to extend our stay. We ordered breakfast once and it was brought to our room which was really nice. We loved the trip to Nacpan beach and enjoyed free sunbeds at their sister hotel. The hotel provides free shuttle to the city and to the airport.
