Everything was great, I arrived in Warsaw at 9:20 PM and it was a little late for check-in, but the Administrator sent me a video instruction that clearly explained where to find the key to the room.

The room was very nice. We asked for a quieter room and the lady there was very polite, understanding and helpful and found us a room to the inner yard. All in all, the staff were very hospitable and caring. Though we arrived quite late , they offered to have dinner in the restaurant.
