We stayed two nights in October 2024. A modern and stylish hotel nestled in the heart of Krakow. Conveniently situated near the main train station and the big shopping mall, Galeria Krakowska. Few minutes walk to the historic old town. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a truly memorable stay. Thank you.

Location was excellent, 500 meters from the center of the city, but the view from our room was unfortunately towards the train tracks. However the room was very quiet and comfortable. The furniture was brand new, also the carpet was clean; the bathroom at very high standard; the beds very comfortable, and also the pillows. The heating was floor heating, and the temperature easily controlled by a thermostat. We did not expect a 4 star hotel for the price that we paid on Booking.com, to be honest.

Beautiful and clean, the location is great, only 8mins walking from the main station and easy to visit every sightseeing spot in the old town. The breakfast has various selections. Most of all, staffs are super nice!

Founded in 1834, the Pollera is conveniently located within Cracow’s Old Town. St Mary’s Basilica and the Main Market are only 984 feet away from the hotel.

Fantastic location in the middle of Stare Miasto. Beautiful building and rooms. The whole family loved it. The staff were nice and very helpful.
