Everything, really. The staff is very helpful and nice. The design of the rooms is modern and with very good taste, I would 100% buy that furniture for home! The bed is super comfortable, and if you don’t like the pillows, you have the option to change for free for harder or softer ones. The spa zone is small, but very well maintained. We had a couples massage, and it was amazing and relaxing. It is great after a day of visiting to go to the sauna and relax. The saunas are open until 10 pm, which is great. The tablet in the room is super nice, but you can also control the lightning the classical way, which I think is helpful for people that are not super technical. We had room service, and the food is out of this world! The portions are pretty small, but the taste is AMAZING. Comparable to fine dining restaurants. The location is PERFECT. Walking distance: 10 min from the train station to the airport (40 min max to the airport), 20 minutes from the center of the old town, 10 minutes from amazing restaurants, right in the middle of the jewish neighbourhood with great sights around. Would 100% be back.

The breakfast was spectacular, It was a pleasure to wake up and have such an amazing display of Polish staple foods to fuel the beginning of our day, so we could focus on fun and travel and not worry about finding our first meal

The venue and interior design - spacious rooms, very modern, feels brand new. The location is perfect for those coming to Krakow for a concert at Tauron. Added bonus is the pool.
