This hotel is run in a very professional way and all the staff we met were genuinely friendly and helpful. Staff on reception were welcoming and managed to find a room for us shortly in advance of check in time. In the room we found a complimentary bottle of wine which was very enjoyable. The bedroom and bathroom was a good size and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Once inside the room it was very quiet and we could not hear any noise from other guests.The buffet breakfast was very varied and we enjoyed it immensely. We would not hesitate to return or recommend. A big thank you to all the staff.

It was all great and excellent with breakfast, not only foods but excellent service from the staff, room in perfect conditions for accommodation that offered and clean level; unfortunately we couldn't enjoy spa.

Fantastic localization near few steps to Rynek Gl. Room was silent, clean with all needs facilities. Fast Wi-Fi connection. Amazing breakfast with many variants (everyone find something delicious). Kindly, helpful and fantastic crew - everyone guests will feel in this hotel like at home. It was my another time spend in this hotel and it is my mandatory accomodation in Poznan. Beautiful and specious room close to the main square. Staff is exceptional and nothing was an issue for them. Lovely place to stay, we will be back at some point.
