I want to give my best compliment to Magdeline at the check-in desk. There were some problems that she solved immediately and in the best possible way. I can tell for sure that only she would have acted as she did. Her professionalism and kindness should be taken as an example by her colleagues. The hotel really exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, it is in the center of the city. In addition to the breakfast and dinner which were included in the price, we had FIKA, which was a lovely surprise - in period 15:00-17:00 we could have coffee or tea and cakes. Our room (for 3 people) was spacious, with comfortable beds. There was a kettle, free coffee, milk, tea, and some chocolate in the room. This was the only hotel I had been in that offered hair conditioner and body milk in the bathroom (in addition to shower gel and shampoo). The staff was very kind and helpful.
