Lovely view over the sea. Clean, well equipped rooms with kettle, tea and fridge. Really handy for the beach; the access is just on the other side of the road. We had two rooms onto the same terrace, so we had a good place for a tea or a simple breakfast. Very attentive and helpful staff.

The pool area was very nice and the hotel was lovely throughout. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. Good location with easy walk to both Kata and Karon beach.

The staff there is friendly and patient（one looks like Iron man hhh），breakfast is delicious.Hotel is close to the beach，like 5 mins by walking.Our room has a beautiful little balcony.
