We travel as backpackers and as a couple. We just loved it here. The staff is so nice and they do their best to help you! There were only three more guests staying in Cicada Lanta and only us having booked the stay with breakfast, so they opened their kitchen every morning only for us. Very cute! We even booked two more nights, as we felt so comfortable and on ease. The huts are very basic. You'll find everything you need. They are exactly how they look on the pictures and it's very clean. I loved it that the huts are made of wood. And there are so many handmade details everywhere - absolutely fantastic. We do have enough concrete at home. So this just fits so much better! I also love how they created the garden area. We would often sit on our little porch in front of the huts and enjoy the garden or do Yoga. I really don't like all these big resorts coming up. So if you look for a more authentic place but still kind of like to have it clean and nice: This is the place to stay! 🫶🏽

My stay at Lanta@Home has truly set a new standard for comfort and customer service, and I’m excited to share why with you! The Hotel: The rooms were lovely, featuring a blend of traditional Thai decor and the comfort of a middle-budget hotel back home. They were beautifully colour-coordinated, bright, and spacious, with my window offering a scenic view of trees, lush greenery, and the sea horizon from the third floor. The bathroom had excellent shower pressure, cute two-tone tile walls that opened up the space, and plenty of room in the shower area. The mattresses were a bit softer than the usual firmness I've found with Thai beds so far. I had some very comfy morning lie-ins. The check-in area was cozy, reminiscent of a living room with wooden furniture, delicate decor, and a charming piano. Guests' kids enjoyed TV shows on a large couch, and I fell in love with the little pet kitten roaming around giving guests a cuddle! The hotel's location is just 100m from Seven-Eleven and a minute's walk to the beach, very convenient for tourists. The Hospitality: Despite being unwell with a seasonal cold upon check-in, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, a gesture that meant a lot as a female solo traveller missing home a bit. Win (the hotel manager) provided daily lemon ginger tea, natural herbal remedies, and morning check-ins. His sister even prepared a bowl of porridge one morning - such a thoughtful act. The hotel's efficiency was notable, from organizing laundry promptly to offering accessible and affordable scooters. Win's had great knowledge of the area and spoke excellent English. They accommodated my request to check in early with no problems, and the same with my late checkout. For those arriving from busy places like Phi Phi, I highly recommend some time rejuvenating here. Suitable for families, solo travellers, and couples, Lanta was a beautiful island, and my stay at Lanta@Home was a definite highlight.

Very clean and close to Saladan market. We stayed here for shopping and it was very close walking distance to the markets. So sweet staff who helped us with everything we needed!

The staff were very friendly, the room was well set up. Very lovely. Laundry service was very easy and very good. It was an exceptional place.
