All very nice, very good attention from the staff, yagiz Ucal was very helpful for me as all the people of staff, they have all you need eaven a beauty salon and the breakfast is amazing!

Upon arrival, the room I was assigned didn't quite match the photos I had seen during booking, which made me a little unsure if I had received the correct room. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had been given a corner room, and it was quite spacious as advertised – exactly what I needed! I also appreciated that it was located further away from the elevator, resulting in less foot traffic and a quieter environment. The room had an interesting feature – an extra door, suggesting it could be part of a connecting/family room. Thankfully, the neighboring room was unoccupied during my stay, so noise wasn't an issue. However, I do have some concerns about the soundproofing between rooms and corridor. Breakfast, while not having an extensive selection, was perfectly satisfactory for me, and I had no complaints. In terms of location, some popular spots were within walking distance. However, it's worth noting that Istanbul has a steep terrain, so walking everywhere might be challenging for some. I would recommend considering taxis for getting around if you choose to stay at this hotel.

Good location for those who want to focus their trip in a more upscale and commercial area. The reception staff are very attentive and try their best to cover the lack of a suitable entrance in a hotel of this level.
