The staff is great and friendly. They always try to meet your needs. The coffee machine and water bottles on the room are a big plus. Mini fridge on the room is also a big plus. The hotel is on a great location a few blocks from Central Park. Subway station is right across. Good places to eat nearby. We would stay here again.

My stay at the Mandarin Oriental New York was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel’s prime location in the heart of New York City provided convenient access to various attractions and dining options. The service stood out from the moment I stepped into the lobby. Staff were not just professional but also genuinely friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. The rooms were luxurious and well-maintained, providing all the comfort one could ask for. But what truly set this hotel apart was the unparalleled service, which met and exceeded my expectations at every turn. In summary, the Mandarin Oriental New York is a standout choice for those looking for top-notch service, comfort, and convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

Excellent location near Broadway and Columbia University. Staff worked hard to communicate ahead of my visit, to make check-in go smoothly, and to share check-out steps clearly. I visited my daughter, who lives in the neighborhood. I really enjoyed staying nearby and our easy everyday adventures in Manhattan.

The apartment was charming and the location was terrific! We love the Upper West Side. We were very close to Columbia University, it was very easy to go to Central Park, and it was 3 minutes away from the metro line. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Location was close to Columbia University where we had to go for a conference, and across the street from a small park to relax. The lobby was cute with brightly colored artwork and the people were friendly and helpful. They had a beautiful outdoor seating area and live music on Saturday night. They even offered 2 free drinks per pets during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the shower was spacious and good pressure.
